By placing an order with Firetuff Private Limited, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

• • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• • Unshipped Orders: Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, you will need to follow the return procedure upon receipt of the product.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• • Contact Us Promptly: Send an email to customercare@firetuff.in or call us at 9818090824 within 24 hours of placing the order. Please include your order number and request for cancellation.
• • Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether your order has been shipped. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and process any applicable refunds.

Please note that we strive to process cancellations as quickly as possible, but due to operational timelines, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders that have already entered the shipping process.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and your bank's processing times.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

• • Customized Products: If the fire extinguisher was customized or made to special order, cancellations will not be accepted once the order is confirmed.
• • Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled.
